More than just a mandatory read: the website lesen.de has been redesigned

DDD has provided the online shop lesen.de (books, music, films) with a fresh look. The website, which offers a huge range of media products, is part of the jpc mail order brand.

With the new, clear-cut design, lesen.de's image gains youthfulness and modernity. Incorporating usability and user-experience, the navigation of the site has been simplified and the search and filter functions optimised.

"We were convinced by DDD's concept because we could immediately tell that experts in the music and online business were at work. The suggested modifications are not only innovative, they are also thought through", says Lothar Bökamp, Head of Marketing at jpc-Schallplatten Versandhandelsgesellschaft mbH.

DDD was also responsible for the redesigning of the jpc website (www.jpc.de) in 2007. In the music business, DDD has already made a name for itself with the innovative music recommendation and search engine "Musiclens.de". The company also advises labels, music download providers and major corporate groups like Universal Music Group (Deutsche Grammophon and DECCA), the Warner Music Group, Edel Music and the download site Finetunes.
