The Media Manager is a comfortable, web-based media administration system. As a central administration module, it supports the entire digital workflow, renders working processes more efficient and enables an overview of all media data. All of this can be administered and edited easily by means of the editorial interface.

The Media Manager administers images, graphics, video, audio, Flash, Word and PDF files among others. Data which has been introduced to the system can be accessed in a variety of ways, for example, as a download archive for press purposes or for the production of packaging and advertising media. The input or search field can be expanded or adapted to meet individual requirements.

The architecture is modular and can be installed as an optional component or as stand-alone software. The Media Manager can be embedded in existing technical structures.

The Media Manager can obviously operate on any scale. It answers the specific needs of all its customers - both small workgroup units or companies active on a global scale - and has the capacity to grow with the increasing demands of your company.

We integrated a shopping system into the version developed for DECCA/Philips which incorporated all the important functions necessary to search for media contents within the totality of what is on offer, to consider the utilisation rights and to order the results. In addition, previous orders can also be considered and easily incorporated.

The DECCA/Philips media archive administers all the images, graphic, logos and text files needed for the production of CD packaging and advertising material. It can also be used to archive data for a range of internet activities, for example, video, audio and Flash files.
